President, CPS IBEW Federal Credit Union
In the past month we’ve seen and experienced heartbreaking devastation. What emerged stronger than ever was the spirit of people helping people.
The widespread destruction caused by Hurricane Harvey touched all of us in some way. Last month we led members and CPS Energy employees in a donation drive to aid those impacted. We matched monetary donations dollar for dollar, with all proceeds benefitting San Antonio Food Bank. As a result of your generosity, the Food Bank estimates that our combined donations will provide over 20,000 meals to those in need. We sincerely thank you for your generosity, and are truly honored to be a part of this strong community.
This month, as we celebrate International Credit Union Day, the spirit of the Credit Union’s mission of people helping people in times of need has never been more alive.
Your feedback is important to us. Feel free to visit us at the Camden or Navarro branch, call us at 210.353.2367, or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know how we can help you.

How long have you worked for the Credit Union?
What do you enjoy most about working for the credit union?
I love helping people, making them smile, and helping members with financial needs. I knew my strength was in finance, but 12 years ago when I started working for a credit union, I discovered my passion for helping others.
Tell us about a time you WOWed a member (or had a great experience helping a member)?
Honestly, I feel lucky because my position allows me to help members every day. Every day is a different situation and a new opportunity to do my best to assist members and deliver exceptional service.
Are you originally from San Antonio?
I grew up in El Paso and moved to San Antonio in 2005.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
My family and I love to go to the San Antonio Raceway on the weekends, and I also like to Bowl. I love the beach, so we take trips to Port Aransas as often as possible.
If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?
I would love to have lunch with Walter Elias Disney. I am a huge Disney fan! I would have loved the opportunity to talk to him and get to know him. I love the fact that we share the same birth month and day!
What is your favorite spot in San Antonio?
I love to try new things and visit new places. San Antonio has so much to see and visit, sightseeing never gets old.
Spouse, kids, pets?
Brandon and I have been married for 9 years. We have two kids: Isabelle (8) and Lil’ Brandon (3). We have 2 dogs: Mack, a Great Dane, and a Boxer named Mater. We also have a cat named Sally. All our animals are named after Disney’s “Cars” movie!
