GrillsGiving Cooked Up Success! Once again, CPS IBEW FCU was proud to sponsor the 3rd annual CPS Energy GrillsGiving event by awarding four lucky teams a cash prize of $250 each.

 Holiday Toy Donations to Children’s Hospital of San Antonio Earlier this month we called on our members and CPS Energy employees to help us collect new, unwrapped toys for donation to the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio. The response was amazing! We’d like to extend a special recognition to the Gulf Association for their contributions.

How long have you worked for the credit union? Six months
What do you like most about working for the credit union? The members! They are always a delight!
Tell us about a time you WOWed a member (or had a great experience helping a member)?I enjoy helping our members set up their online banking and sharing with them the benefits and convenience home banking has to offer.
Are you originally from San Antonio or where did you grow up? Born and raised in south side San Antonio.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I love to draw, paint and I dabble a little with photography! I enjoy the arts!
If you could have lunch with anyone in the world, who would it be and why? My pops, who passed away a year and a half ago. I would ask him for guidance, advice and hopefully he’ll tell me a joke or two.
What is your favorite place to visit or hang out in San Antonio? As long as I’m with my loved ones, it does not matter where in San Antonio I hangout.
Spouse, kids, pets? I am a single mom of a beautiful nine year old daughter who constantly keeps me on my toes. I strive to be the best mom and role model I can be for her.
